Victoria Brown, M.P.A.
Research, Data Analysis and Communications
TCA Associate Victoria Brown has over twenty years of experience working in both the private and public sector. She has worked for various Fortune 500 corporations, for the United Nations Development Programme, and as an independent research consultant. Her experience encompasses working in legal research, data analysis, and communications.
Mrs. Brown has a Master of Public Administration Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Language Degree from Georgetown University’s School of Languages and Linguistics. Her master’s degree project studied the effectiveness of communications between staff at the field offices of the United Nations Development Programme and their staff council representatives at United Nations headquarters. She selected this area of study due to her initial employment as a bilingual secretary (French and English) in the Africa Bureau of the United Nations Development Programme.
In the private sector, Mrs. Brown has worked as a research consultant in the areas of real estate and personal negligence. Her corporate experience includes working in asset management/loss mitigation for North Fork Bank; as a manpower analyst for Colgate-Palmolive, and as a statistician for Becton Dickinson’s corporate communications department.
Victoria Brown has also been an active volunteer in the Long Island community for the past two decades. She has served on boards of several local civic and community organizations and is a former trustee of the Smithtown Library. Currently, Mrs. Brown is a board member of the Long Island Paralegal Association.
